1. UNDGÅ SLØREDE ELLER GRUMSEDE BILLEDER

Billedkvaliteten er vigtig. Sørg for kun at uploade skarpe fotos, hvor motivet er i fokus, og alle konturer er klart synlige. En moderne smartphone gør arbejdet!

2. GOD BELYSNING GIVER BEDRE RESULTATER

Det er vigtigt! Lyskilden skal helst skinne direkte på hunden. Hvis billedet er meget mørkt, er det svært for os at vide præcis, hvor vi skal gravere, og det vil gøre det færdige produkt mindre detaljeret, især på mørke hunde.

3. FLERE KÆLEDYR

Vi anbefaler at lave 1 dyr eller 1 person pr. pendant. Hvis du virkelig vil have begge dine kæledyr på det samme vedhæng, skal du sørge for, at alle dyrene er placeret ved siden af hinanden med lidt eller ingen plads imellem dem. Husk også på, at brug af flere kæledyr ikke øger diameterstørrelsen på det færdige vedhæng.

4. POSITIONERING ER VIGTIG

Hvad der ikke er inkluderet i billedet, kan naturligvis ikke inkluderes på vedhænget. Hvis hele kroppen er synlig, forsøger vi at lave en hel kropssilhuet, ellers laver vi en hovedsilhuet.

Hver ordre tager cirka 1-3 arbejdsdage at fuldføre. Derefter sender vi normalt med PostNord, som leverer pakken indenfor 3-5 arbejdsdage.

Disappointed with shipping, but optimistic about the product

Like other reviews, I ordered X254727 on December 2nd, well in advance from the holidays. It appeared with the tracking that my shipment would make the window of December 12-18, however it is the 24th and does not look like it will be here in time for Christmas. It was in Indiana since the 16th and hasn’t made it to Michigan in 8 days. I hope I can edit this to say how much it was worth the wait, but I’m disappointed while I’m still waiting.

Order never received

I ordered 3 keychains on December 3 that were meant to be Christmas presents. I received a confirmation number ( 006XWKFYL) but never received a tracking number. The payment went through to my bank on the 3rd. Very disappointed since I put the order in early enough to be received for Christmas. I see the reviews with how great the products are and was really excited to receive these items and give them as gifts.

Not a US company?

Order X257712... I'm still not getting a straight answer. Everything shows it is coming out of NJ and nothing out of the country. However the message I got says that it has to clear customs when it gets to the US. I've done decades of international shipping. Air freight takes a day at most and most have to clear customs in route. Over the ocean takes as fast as 17 days from Shanghai to LA/Long Beach port. Clearing customs 2-3 days before arriving in the country. Heaven forbid if customs wants to do an inspection. That will take days if not weeks. Now where on the company's website shows transit of 3 business weeks (min 21 days) and it hasn't left the origin port. Merry Christmas.... 😥
