I ordered two keychains of the same pet as gifts for my friends. One of them turned out pretty well (left), but the other was surprisingly disappointing (right)...

Despite what the ads and photos showed, the detail was lacking, particularly with the dog's eyes. This wasn't even an issue with the photo I submitted, because they are very clearly visible in the photo but almost non-existent in the keychain itself.

For a product that advertises itself for "life-like" recreations and is priced so high, I would have expected better attention to detail and a higher standard of quality control.

I feel like the photo I sent in wasn’t that great of a pic, but that was all I had of my boyfriend’s dog that has since passed (without awkwardly asking him to send me one; it was one of his he last pics he sent me with one of their Sunday mornings relaxing in the patio together). Going into it I didn’t even think I would end up giving it to him for his birthday because I thought the nose would be cut off like in the pic I submitted. I legit left it in my mailbox for almost a week now because I didn’t want to be disappointed. I went out finally and got it tonight since his birthday is tomorrow and I legit cried because it is so perfect. I’m sure he will absolutely love and appreciate it. Thank you so much for continuing their memories together 💕

i purchased this as a gift for my sister who's dog had just passed away. I wanted to get her something to keep her memory.
I had a hard time choosing between the polished steel or sterling silver. She is an all white coloured dog so i thought sterling silver was the best choice.
for size i choose the large (1.7inch/44mm). I have only given this 4 stars due to the size. I have to say that i was still surprised at how small it was. but given the price i went for this anyway.
Just keep in mind the size when you are purchasing. I had read reviews on the size down and i am sooo happy that i didn't order that.
If i had to choose again, i would have ordered the "life like" size only because i think my sister may decide to hang this rather than use it on a keychain.
I am impressed with the detail that came out.

I bought a keychain for mother's day of my previous baby who passed away 5 years ago. The shipping was super fast (I ordered on the 28th of April, and received today) which I was super satisfied with, but also it was absolutely beautiful. I ended up giving it to her early, which she absolutely LOVED. (She bawled her eyes out lol)

I love this keychain so much! I got it for my boyfriend since his dog passed away in June. I think he will really love it, and I can’t wait for him to see it! The detailing is really good, the only thing I am disappointed about is the size. It is a little small for the price but I’m still satisfied with it either way. The packaging is wonderfully done. You can tell they really care and are thankful for your order. I will definitely order from this place again in the future, and I will recommend them to other people aswell!
